Yes, you heard it right. There are so many women who are trying hard to lose some weight. Obesity have been a major problem now a days. - Water- Drinking atleast 8 glasses of water is too beneficial for losing weight. It is that easy!
- Cut all unhealthy fatty food and switch to healthy food. Avoid cold drinks, junk food or any processed food and have fresh salads, high fibre food, low cholesterol food etc.
- Start your day with Special k FROM Kellogg’s, or Oatmeal with milk. High fibre food makes your tummy feels full for longer time and thus you eat less food.
- Take out time for 10 minutes workout. you can do that, right!
